I'VE COME AROUND TO MAKE YOU CRY
I'VE COME AROUND TO MAKE YOU CRY
NAME... Admiral
AGE... Five
GENDER... Male
BREED... Doberman Pincher x Pitbull Cross
PACK... Skyline
APPEARANCE...
Admiral is a startling brute. He carries himself proudly and is a well-balanced, larger sized dog. In appearance he gives the impression of solidity and depth. His bodice is strong and well-muscled, without seemingly too bulky. His limbs are long and powerful, propelling him at impressive speeds.
But he isn't an amazingly fast dog, simply surprisingly fast for his structure. His gait is lively and graceful, covering the maximum ground with minimum effort. Admiral is always in motion, never tiring, showing ease of movement rather than a hard driving action. And true to his Doberman Pinscher heritage, he has a rich, black coat with tan markings. His pelt is slim and is cut easily, but he is able to remain warm in winter.
His nape is round, sinewy and rather long and elegant. It begins smoothly with a deep, broad, chest. His skull is not refined and is block-like though slim. Large, triangular ears that are tall and erect. He has dark brown almond shaped eyes that guard his expressions carefully. Admiral despises those who show their emotions too lightly and isn't afraid to take advantage of it, this means he watches over his own feelings like a hawk. His snout is moderately pointed, but not cheeky or snippy. His jaws are extremely powerful, crushing bone with ease from his pitbull blood. It is his crowning achievement in his physical make-up. Those head-cracking jaws snap other dogs like twigs. If he lands you in his maw it's all over. Beaten the moment he gets his teeth into you.
PERSONALITY...
Admiral has a very calculating mind, he is cunning and sees every potential consequence and reward before he does something. He is very smart, he excels at discovering why a dog does the things a dog does. His amazing battle skills come from his ability to pull himself from anger and rage, his temper is cool and icy, it clears everything else but the battle at hand from his mind and he fights by destroying every weakness he can find. He uses this ability in life and finds it fun to practice it on animals and stray dogs.
He doesn’t care for anyone, seeing as the last ones he did died and were crazy, he has nothing holding him here. He has no feelings for anyone except for the occasional lustful romp. He thinks caring is a weakness, and he rids himself of every weakness.
Admiral is volatile and crazy. He is temperamental and cruel, finding laughs in the darkest ways. He is black and white, either he likes you or he doesn’t. There is never an in between. He finds that young ones, mostly inexperienced pups annoy him and he hates having to deal with them unless he finds a spark in them that he sees as potential. That’s how he sees everyone else. If there is a good reason to be hanging out with you he will, if not, then he won’t deal with you. He comes across as snobby and most of the time he is.
But then, deep down he does the things he does because he thinks its what he must, after all if he does have this illness, than he might as well have as much as he can when he does. Most of the times he is confused, you can say the slightest thing and he will become angry about it. Most of the times he can be having a nice conversation with you, as his snobby calculating self and then he will become angry and volatile.
He says he’s nobody’s angel, even though he wishes to be, his disease prohibits him, this he knows. But it won’t stop the weary male from dreaming. He hates his disease.
Admiral usually has an intelligent and questioning look, indicating his alertness and readiness for action. He can't remain still very often and tends to shuffle his paws a lot whenever he is seated. He is observant and vigilant with strangers, but not apprehensive, though he usually tries to appear more aggressive so that others will leave him alone. He does not show fear or shyness. Admiral stands his ground, preferring to let others come to him, showing confidence.
However, his main characteristic is his intellectuallty. He is brilliant and tough, best at planning and analyzing attacks and strategies. But his brightness can act as a mishap. Although he is confident and unworried when it comes to meeting strangers, he can't help but look over them and pass a quick judgment over their skills. He sees them for what they may be intellectually and not as other dogs. He is only impressed by those smarter than him, or somehow interesting. Everyone else is bypassed as a piece of wasted matter.
But he is also patient and almost always rude unless you really tick him off, then you better beware. He is easily angered, self-seeking, and does delight in evil. Admiral doesn't mind pups much, just hates the possibility of being burdened by some cub that isn't his own. He dislikes most other females, simply preferring the company of himself and a few male friends. They appear more interesting to him and the friends look more self-sufficient than most females. His most absolute dislike isn't the needy females themselves, but the way they grovel and beg, wanting only one thing. He despises their lack for imagination and, yes, maybe their lack of self-awareness.
The bi-polar disease affects him to his core. When he's not the Admiral that's strong, demanding and evil, he can be sweet, caring and protective of the ones that capture his heart and would die trying to protect them. He is secretly depressed, since he doesn't have any idea why he flies into rages at the simplest things and can remain there weeks on end. Most can't tell why he does it either. So, he wanders as the male with the ever-changing and dangerous mood swings.
He hopes to eventually overcome his disease, though he is never sure it will happen.
HISTORY...
His father, Takar, was a champion among the dogs in his city, renown for his simply stunning fighting skills and strategies. He ruled over the dominating pack, cleaning up the city's strays and forcing most to join him or submit to him. All those who opposed his will were seen as possible threats and he had them disposed of. In fact, his power was complete and absolute. None in the city boundries could equal him in brillance, until Admiral was born.
His mother was as interesting as they can get. His dam was a self-absorbed, tearful, witty, and bi-polar Doberman Pinscher bitch. She played off males' emotions and toyed with them, or played witty tricks on them. Then she would suddenly turn violent and abusive, sending her into fits of mad, raging tears. She lived within the city pack, disturbing the ranks with her outrageous behavior. Finally Takar decided to take action and either kill her or drive her out. Then he was told she was with-pups. His pups. Undeniably the only pups he had ever managed to conceive. Thus this insane, bi-polar, cry baby was deemed the Alpha Female. Takar never fell in love with the vixen herself, but with the pups she bore him. Five strong, approvingly healthy cubs. Five boys, and one illegimate pup, thought to be born from a different male: Rakesh; Blithe; Effects; Azurite; Premonition, all with the father's strong Collie blood evident in their frames, and Admiral, who bore traits of a Pitbull.
However, as the pups grew, and it became obvious quickly that only two cubs hadn't completely inherited their mother's defects. Blithe and Admiral. The two were each one of a kind.
Blithe was a considerate, smart, good leader that protected his family fiercely. He believed nothing was more important than his family. He fought considerably well and was a terrific candidate for the position for the next Alpha Male. He even seemed to do his father proud and thrived in the pack. However, Admiral was the real choice. He wasn't paid any attention at first because of his unworthy birthplace. It soon changed when he proved that he could take on the pack's commanding warriors by out-witting them. He swiftly rose as the choice for the next leader. But he was a illegimate child, and in the heiracy it would be unacceptable for him to become the leader. However, Admiral did not seem to care. He was glad that Blithe was going to be the leader, for he loved the nicer elder brother deeply.
Meanwhile his other brothers, Rakesh, Effects, Premonition, and Azurite created havoc throughout the pack and unsettled the warriors. Many top warriors said it would be best to dispose of them and the mother, suggesting that Takar get rid of them.
Admiral and Blithe soon began a fake 'rivalry'. The oldest son versus the youngest, every single day. It cemented their bond. It also brought Admiral even more attention. Especially when it became apparent that Admiral could beat Blithe, easily.
This couldn't go well for the pack and it didn't. After a mere month it was apparent that even the great Takar could be out-smarted, beaten, and bested by the unworthy son. The favorable son would never be able to out-do his brother and the others only caused destruction that went unchecked and unchallenged. In short, chaos. One Commanding General, called Xues, decided the easiest thing to do would be to slay the entire family. The pack as a whole struck at the family in the middle of the night, battling furiously to end the turmoil that had began with the discovery of these cubs within a monster's belly.
The mother was killed easily, swatted away like a pesky fly. Their 'leader' was a different matter all together. He took them out by the fives, displaying once again why he was the king. Takar fought courageously for his children, killing by sheer numbers for their sake before he to was ganged up on and slaughterd. Enraged, all the brothers launched themselves into the fray to avenge their father. Blithe was the fiercest, defending his defected brothers like a furious mother. Rakesh, Effects, Premonition and Azurite were his family and he battled only for them. They killed more than could be counted before they too were slayed.
Admiral's mind couldn't handle the disastrous turn of event that night. He started into the bloodthirsty fray intending to die with his family, bravely and fittingly. But something broke inside him when he felt all his brothers fall, the last of his kin. His soul tore apart and he became a smarter, fiercer, brutal, and crazier version of his mother's personality. Admiral had hidden his defectiveness for two years now, but he couldn't hide it any longer. He transformed into the devil, and those fighting him were in hell.
The rest of the story is history. He survived. How... unknown. He disappeared from that city's borders in order to leave his past behind him. And so he arrived here, passing off as a simple stray brute.
