APPEARANCE...Talei is a typical Australian shepherd dog, her coat blond with blue-ish, white, tan and black colors mixed into it. Her body is well built, strong, yet feminine. She has powerful legs to hold her up, and a beautiful fluffy tail. The silky furs puff out at her chest, giving her the appearance of a broad-chested dog. Floppy blue-ish colored ears fall near her amber eyes, the windows to the soul, especially for this young lady. She has rather big paws, but still maintains a delicate appearance.
PERSONALITY...Talei is a very loyal, kind and respecting dog. She's young, but she has so much spirit and will, she can do almost anything she puts her mind too. She's still inexperienced, but she's learning. The young dog cares for pups with great enthusiasm, but she has a great fault being around other adults, mainly females. It's in her breed's nature to be a leader, so naturally females are her enemies - competition. But still, she does her best to stay calm and be friendly. Usually she's actually quite good at hiding those negative emotions around others. Ah, but males, she's a very awkward dog around them. Most males she has met were rather cruel to her, so she finds it hard to trust them and be around them calmly.
Talei is generally kind, but her mood has a tendency to change. Whether she's bipolar or not isn't really sure, but her mood can snap very quickly- though she can almost always control it to an extent. She's very good at self-control. Talei is a family person, and has always wanted pups of her own to nurture and care for. She adores the cute little dogs, and protects any and all of them with her life.
HISTORY...Talei had quite a normal life growing up at first. She grew up with her mom and three sisters, the five of them very happy. Until she turned 7 months old. Then all h--l broke loose. Her mother tried to get them into a pack, only to be rejected viciously. Soon after the attack, her mom's wounds got infected, and she died. Talei was left with her young siblings, being the oldest, to take care of them. She didn't do too well, two of them died of starvation. One of her sisters, the youngest and most stubborn, survived. Talei and her sister traveled for a long time, just trying to get by, to make ends meet.
They had many problems, got attacked quite a few times, but they both made it to a year old. But Talei's little sister wanted to wander off, fend for herself. She said she was perfectly capable. Talei had no choice but to let her as her sister was far too stubborn to fight with, and she hadn't seen her since.
